01. Prep
This is the onboarding phase of our process.
We’ll get you in our system and pick a start date for your project.
You'll sign the design agreement, pay the deposit and fill out the strategy questionnaire so we can get to know your business.
02. Strategy
We kick-off your project with a 1:1 strategy call to review the questionnaire and collaborate on coming up with a kick-ass strategy that will get you to your goals.
We’ll talk about the design and functionality of the website – as well as any SEO practices we’re going to implement.
03. Design
This is the fun part! We’ll start designing your website based on the strategy we discussed.
We design the home page first and send it to you for review the style and layout. We’ll make the initial revisions then build out the rest of the site based on the home page.
04. Optimization
During this stage, we optimize your website for mobile, SEO and speed.
We’ll test for any bugs or errors, check the copy and links – all the good stuff.
05. Grand Reveal
We’ll reveal your new website to you. You’ll be able to explore your new website.
During this stage, you'll note any final revisions you have and we'll make those changes. This could take a couple of rounds to make sure you love your new site!
06. Launch & celebrate
Yay! We’re finally here and ready to reveal your new website to the world. This is our off-boarding stage where we’ll send you all of your training videos, resources and a Goodbye packet to ensure you have everything you need.
Then it’s time to celebrate your new website!
